Surrounding Sapa are the Hoang Lien Mountains, dubbed the Tonkinese Alps by the French. These mountains include the often cloud-obscured Fansipan (3,143m), Vietnam’s highest peak.

Dubbed as “the Roof of Indochina”, Fansipan is also the highest in Indochina (comprising Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia) and is approved as one of the very few ecotourism spots of Vietnam, with over 2,000 floral varieties and over 300 fauna species.

To further enhance your holiday adventure, we have arranged a fabulous and relaxing extension to the World Heritage site of stunning Ha Long Bay with a cruise on a traditional Junk to celebrate your summit of the highest peak in Indochina.
